I have ordered MANY items from here. I absolutely love them all. It is an awesome site/app and I go on multiple times a day just to see what there is. I am a happy Tophatter user/bidder!!

If you enjoy dime store jewelry, Mfg. defects & unscrupulous business practices then this is the App.for you! I personally have not purchased anything from this organization however I have sold 3 items months ago and have yet to paid for those items. I have heard every excuse in the book. When I signed up I gave them a PayPal account & checking account number. I have put in hours of e-mails back & forth with copies of bank statements made three times to try to collect this debt. They have put a trace and cant seem to figure out what they did with the money. They really have the attitude that they just dont care if I get paid or not. Its not a huge sum of money , approximately $ 150.00 total which I will have to write off! I deal with many selling organizations and have not had a problem with any of them. They grabbed their share of the money right away and left me high & dry! Think Twice before selling with this group ! Also, theirs no reserve on their bidding and your likely not to make a dime with their low payment structure. Daisyog

I have honestly loved using this app. The merchandise sold is of top notch quality. The shipping is very quick and the items are in good shape when received.

I have only bought one item so far but enjoy looking for many things on this site. There are many great deals!

Its all cheaply made junk from China or Japan. The two things we bought are thin plastic junk that doesnt even work. Look like our dog got new toys. STAY AWAY FROM CON ARTIST ON HERE!!!!

I think its ridiculous that you ban people from placing a bid on an item just because "theyve canceled too many items" .

Thank you TopHatter for all the products you sell. For someone like me who cant afford to purchase the products I need or want any other way you made it possible for me to have the luxury of taking care of my skin with the best skin products on the market Im a customer for life Thank you so much

This app is ok in my book! I think they should do a little tutorial on how to return an item if youre not satisfied or its broken, but that is my only complaint with the app. Ive got some really cool items off of Tophatter! I highly recommend it!

This app is a joke. Everything they sale is cheaply made and doesnt even work. When I filed a complaint on the app, no one got back to me. I want all to know that this site is garbage. DO NOt BUY ANYTHING FROM THE APP. If you are looking to buy items try poshmark.

Customer service!!!! I have only had 3 problems with some merchandise, and when the vender, & myself could not agree on a fair solution I made several attempts to contact customer service and that has been over a month!! I am still waiting to hear something from them!! I am starting to wonder if they are real or not.

Easy to use, 5 dollar shipping doesnt mean 6 dollars. Cut it out!

Ive won some wonderful things on this site at some ridiculous low prices! I would definitely recommend this app. Ive always have had good experiences.
