Love the site, except for................

Customer service!!!! I have only had 3 problems with some merchandise, and when the vender, & myself could not agree on a fair solution I made several attempts to contact customer service and that has been over a month!! I am still waiting to hear something from them!! I am starting to wonder if they are real or not.
