I downloaded the app a few years back. My first purchase was good quality and the price was right. I started using it agin recently and EVERYTHING I have ordered or "won" has been broken, not come at all or not as promised. When asking for a refund as promised all per the app, you are given the run around and tossed back and forth between you, the seller and the app to negotiate a price to refund. Its a scam and I cant believe this is allowed. The only reason I rated it one star was because you cant rate NO STARS!!!

All but one problem with stripes underwear and the picture showed solid colours and he wont wear them

I have won a couple items so far and we will see if I receive them. They did cancel one item I won stating out of stock lol if not in stock then why put up for bids? Would be nice to have a few higher end items to bid on. Just because you put a price what its worth doesnt mean its actually worth that

Absolutely fabulous bidding site, I have bid on several great items and the merchandise is of good quality and paying is easy, delivery is swift. Couldnt be easier.

I have done a lot of my shopping through Tophatter. The support staff are friendly and happy to assist. Shipping times vary as to where the individual merchants are located. Over all I recommend this app.

I have one a few bids now but I have yet to receive anything. I would love for the delivery to be faster. Especially where some of the things were for Christmas. This is the only downside I see. I really enjoy the bidding and watching what items go for.

Pleased with most of my purcheses ..however in two cases the fasteners on watches were in operable,however I had a friend fix them so no return ..I bought a lovely tunic top and purchased a second one but,both tops came in the same colour..a feather necklace came with the chain broken..once more I called on my friend..the bidding process is a kick and waiting for the mail each day..thanks to you I now have a stack of gifts for when my great grand children visit..thanks for an enjoyable experience..Lillian Ashe 79yrs old..

I have bought ALOT of stuff off here in the last couple months...I would have to say I am only happy with 25% of what Ive bought. (Especially things from China... buyer beware...cant send things back, way too expensive, eg. Item was $30... to ship it back $92..).....and rings look a lot nicer on here, can get better quality at dollar store.)
