Rip-OFF

I received an item that does not work! I contacted the seller through TopHatter, No Response! I contacted TopHatter to open a case/report! No Reconciliation, No Refund, and then they just "swept me under the rug!" Be warned, if you purchase something that requires to be plugged in, and it does NOT work, you will NOT get refunded! I have seen people on here spend Hundreds of $$$ and I feel bad for them. They are out of that money if it does not work! TopHatter guarantees are worthless!!!! Do NOT fall into this ADDICTIVE trap!!!
